Turkiye awaits Ukraine’s response on peace talks

Turkiye is awaiting a response from Kyiv regarding the date for the third round of talks on Ukraine, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has said.

Axar.az reports that Fidan noted that Russia has already declared its readiness for the third round of negotiations, and now a response is awaited from the Ukrainian side.

He also emphasized that Turkiye is fully prepared to host a meeting of leaders on the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine:

“There is no obstacle to organizing a leaders' summit in Turkiye.”
