The Ukrainian authorities intend to replace about 20 of their ambassadors, including those to the United States, as well as to the G7 and G20 countries.

Axar.az reports that this was reported by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.

The minister called Ukraine's ambassador to the United States, Oksana Markarova, one of the most successful and emphasized that the rotation of embassy staff is a breath of fresh air for diplomacy:

"Oksana Markarova is one of our most successful ambassadors. She is extremely effective and charismatic. However, probably, every diplomat has a rotation period. That is why this issue is on the agenda."
