Israel's Interior Minister Moshe Arbel, Social Affairs Minister Yaakov Margi, and Minister of Religious Services Michael Malkieli have submitted their resignation letters to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by The Times of Israel.

It is noted that these ministers, who represent the Shas party, are resigning due to the party’s desire to withdraw from the government. The internal political crisis stems from issues surrounding the passage of a law that would exempt students from religious higher education institutions from military service.

Representatives of the Shas party also hold the positions of Health Minister, Labor Minister, and Deputy Minister of Agriculture. They are also expected to submit their resignations today.
