Russia is continuing direct negotiations with Kyiv, and discussions on draft memoranda are planned for the third round.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president.

“We are holding direct talks with representatives of the Kyiv regime. A third round will be held, during which discussions will begin on the draft memoranda previously exchanged between the parties. These are direct negotiations conducted with U.S. mediation efforts,” he said.
