In Lithuania in the Old town of Riga (Vecriga) on the street grēcinieku 28 on the night of 9 August in the premises of the Hotel Garden Palace was broken into by armed men.

The police also confirmed that they had received a call on Grecinieku street. Law enforcement officers will provide in the hotel and public order.

During the attack, a visitor to the hotel by force seized documents and mobile phone, so she couldn’t call the police.

Law enforcement authorities managed to contact the owners of the hotel.

“We know that Hotel Garden Palace belongs 966 FREECOM. Its only owner is forbidden to go to the territory of the hotel, which is currently paralyzed. In the building are armed men. As noted by the NRA, at the moment closed a café Tea & Coffee Garden bar and Secret Garden belonging to the hotel. In the premises noticed a lot of people in camouflage uniforms. Posts exhibited near the front door, and inside the hotel,” – said the local edition.

It should be noted that the criminal proceedings in this case has not yet started.
