The fate of oil: Saudi Arabia and Russia discussed

The Saudi Ministry of Energy has not discussed with its Russian counterparts the involvement of new countries in the OPEC+ agreement and cooperation in the oil market.

Axar.az reports this information was released by TASS.

It was stated that no talks had taken place between Russia and Saudi Arabia on the issue.

Russia's Deputy Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin said Russia was in constant contact with OPEC members.

Recall that on March 6, at a meeting of OPEC + countries, Russia and Saudi Arabia failed to reach an agreement on oil production, so the Arabs increased production. After that, oil prices fell sharply.
