Russia refused to export: Gas prices increased in Europe

Russia's Gazprom's reluctance to increase exports through Ukraine in August has pushed gas prices to record levels in Europe.

Axar.az reports this information was spread by Kommersant newspaper. Thus, the spot price at the TTF junction in the Netherlands has risen to $ 484 per 1,000 cubic meters.

The newspaper also said that the volume of compressed natural gas supplied to Europe has decreased. In July, the decrease was 12%.
