5.1-magnitude quake hits in Japan

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted 3 km NNE of Ichihara, Japan at 16:57:08 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

Axar.az reports citing foreign media.

The epicenter, with a depth of 69.04 km, was initially determined to be at 35.5458 degrees north latitude and 140.0966 degrees east longitude.
