Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has sent letters to leading states and international organizations over the situation on the contact line of Armenian and Azerbaijani armies.

The letters were sent to the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries, OSCE chairperson-in-office and three countries chairing the organization, secretary generals of the UN, OIC and NATO, as well as the EU high commissioner, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said Apr.4.
