Montenegro welcomes Azerbaijan–Armenia peace deal

Montenegro’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomes the Joint Declaration signed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, U.S. President Donald Trump, and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan regarding their meeting in Washington.

Axar.az reports that the ministry shared this message on its X social media account.

"Montenegro welcomes the peace agreement signed between Azerbaijan and Armenia in Washington and expresses its gratitude to the United States for its special mediation role. We highly value this important step toward lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus," the post said.
