Iran’s transport minister to visit Azerbaijan on Feb. 22

Iran’s Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Farzaneh Sadegh, will visit Azerbaijan on February 22.

Axar.az reports that the information was provided by the Iranian Embassy in Azerbaijan.

Sadegh, who also serves as Iran’s co-chair of the State Commission on Economic, Trade and Humanitarian Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Iran, is expected to arrive in Azerbaijan on February 22. She will be accompanied by a high-level delegation.

During the visit, the minister will participate in the 17th session of the bilateral State Commission, scheduled to take place in Baku on February 23–24.

The agenda includes discussions on ongoing joint projects and prospects for expanding cooperation in road and railway transport, cargo transportation, energy, trade, and other key sectors.
