Azerbaijan President not expected at EPC Summit in Armenia

President Ilham Aliyev is not expected to attend the European Political Community Summit scheduled to be held in Armenia in May.

Axar.az informs that Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov made the remarks while speaking to journalists during his visit to the Mother’s Cry Monument on the 34th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.

“Based on the information I have, Azerbaijan’s President is not expected to attend the European Political Community Summit scheduled to be held in Armenia in May. Representation at this summit is limited to heads of state only; this format was established from the outset,” he said.
