Jordan thanked Azerbaijan for evacuating diplomats

Ashraf Khasawneh, Jordan’s ambassador to Iran, thanked Azerbaijan for evacuating his country’s diplomatic delegation via the “Astara” border crossing.

Axar.az informs that the ambassador made this statement in an interview with Report.

“I love Azerbaijan. I am grateful for the arrangements made for our evacuation. I hope my next visit to Azerbaijan will be as a tourist,” the ambassador said.

It should be noted that four members of Jordan’s diplomatic delegation were evacuated through the “Astara” border crossing. Azerbaijani authorities provided the necessary arrangements for their passage.
