Armenia Should Establish Diplomatic Relations with Turkiye and Open the Land Border

Axar.az reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated this.

Pashinyan emphasized the importance of reducing aggression levels in the region:

“It is clear that we have special, deep relations with Georgia and Iran, and I do not believe there is any potential for conflict in the long term. I think we should also establish diplomatic relations with Turkiye and open the land border.”

Pashinyan also drew attention to the need for a change in perceptions of Armenia in Turkiye and highlighted the importance of negotiations between representatives of both countries.
