Armenian criminal law has nothing to do with international criminal law.

Axar.az reports that Former Armenian Prosecutor-General Gevorg Kostanyan said in an interview with New.am.

“When my colleagues ask me what has happened, I say that criminal law textbooks should be changed in Armenia. In all these cases, we will only receive embarrassing judgments and blows at international instances in the future. To be honest, this is a fact, not a prediction. This process will have unpredictable consequences for the country, but many people simply do not know. Steps are taken for personal or group interests,” he said.
