A meeting in 3+3 format dedicated to regional cooperation mechanisms in the South Caucasus is being held in Moscow.

Axar.az reports that the meeting is attended by Deputy Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey, Armenia, and Iran.

Azerbaijan is represented by Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov and Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu.
