Personnel changes announced in Milli Majlis

There have been personnel and structural changes in the Milli Majlis.

Axar.az reports that Elmar Huseynov, the assistant to the Speaker of the Milli Majlis, has been dismissed from his post and appointed head of the International Relations Department.

The head of that department, Ilkin Mammadov, has been appointed head of the newly created Protocol Service.
