3.1-magnitude earthquake hits Caspian Sea

A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck the Caspian Sea early today.

Axar.az reports that according to the Republican Seismological Service Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, the tremor occurred at 05:57 local time at a depth of 74 km.

According to the Earthquake Research Bureau of the Republican Seismological Service Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, the tremor occurred at 13:18 local time and measured 3.3 in magnitude.
