In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the weather on March 31 is expected to be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast, and mostly dry.

Axar.az informs according to the National Hydrometeorology Service,there is a chance of rain in some areas during the day. Fog is expected in some places at night and in the morning. The north-east wind will change to a south-east wind in the evening.

Temperatures will range from 7–10°C at night to 12–17°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 751 mmHg to 758 mmHg, and relative humidity will be around 70–80%.

In other regions of Azerbaijan, scattered precipitation is expected in some areas. In certain locations, rain may be heavy, and in mountainous areas, snow and thunderstorms are possible. Precipitation is expected to gradually stop in most regions by evening. Fog may appear in some places, and the west wind will occasionally strengthen in certain areas.

Temperatures will range from 8–11°C at night to 15–20°C during the day, while in the mountains, night temperatures will be between -2 and 6°C, and daytime temperatures will range from -2°C to 3°C.
