Consecutive earthquakes hit Caspian Sea

A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck the Caspian Sea at 05:55 local time.

Axar.az informs that the Earthquake Research Bureau of the Republican Seismological Service Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences reported the incident.

The quake’s epicenter was located at a depth of 77 kilometers.

It is worth noting that a 3.1-magnitude earthquake was also recorded in the Caspian Sea on April 4.

Another earthquake has recorded in the Caspian Sea.

According to the Earthquake Research Bureau, the quake had a magnitude of 3.0 and a depth of 72 kilometers.
