Relative humidity will be 80-90% at night, 60-70% in the afternoon.

On March 28, the weather is expected to be rainy. It will be foggy in some places at night and in the morning. West wind will waft. The temperature will be +2-7˚C at night, +12-17˚C in daytime, +21˚C in some places, -1+4˚C in mountains at night, +5-10˚C in daytime.
