The dates of the 2023 magnetic storm have been announced.

Axar.az reports that information about these dates has been posted on the Gismeteo" portal.

A weak magnetic storm is expected on January 3. Then on January 4, solar activity will increase a bit. A strong hurricane is predicted on January 7.

Magnetic storms affect people in different ways. Weather-sensitive people, the elderly and those with chronic diseases are most susceptible to its effects.

The most common symptoms of a hurricane are: headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, high blood pressure, pain in the heart and joints, fatigue, insomnia.

On such days, it is recommended to drink more water, use herbal teas, give up smoking, coffee, alcohol and energy drinks, be outdoors often, eat low-fat foods, and sleep at least 7 hours a day.
