The Zangezur corridor, which will connect Turkiye and Azerbaijan, is being approached step by step.

Axar.az informs that this was stated in the article entitled "Zangazur Corridor is being realized step by step" on the website of "TRT News".

The article mentioned that as a result of the 44-day Patriotic War, Azerbaijan liberated its lands that had been under occupation for 30 years:

"Reconstruction works were carried out in historical areas, new roads were built. According to experts, the Zangezir corridor is quite important."

The article also stated that the Patriotic War created conditions for the opening of the Zangezur Corridor:

"Thanks to the opening of the Zangezur corridor, new communication lines will be provided between Turkiye and Azerbaijan. Also, land and railway will be built between Turkiye and Russia through Azerbaijan.
