In line with President Ilham Aliyev’s instructions, the Great Return to the liberated territories continues.

Axar.az reports the families relocating to Kengerli village in the Aghdam district had previously been temporarily settled in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.

At this stage, 50 families — a total of 207 people — have been relocated to the village of Kengerli.

It’s worth noting that more than 40,000 people now live in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur. In addition to the resettled former IDPs, this population includes those working on ongoing development projects in the region, employees of local branches of various government institutions, and staff in newly reestablished healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry, and energy facilities.
