Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit Azerbaijan on May 28 to celebrate Independence Day.

Axar.az informs that Fahrettin Altun, Head of the Public Relations Department of the Turkish Presidential Administration, reported this.

"During the talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, it is planned to exchange views on relations between the two countries and current regional and global events.

During his visit, our President will participate in the opening ceremony of Lachin International Airport and cultural and mass events dedicated to Azerbaijan's Independence Day.

In addition, the second Turkiye-Azerbaijan-Pakistan Trilateral Summit will be held with the participation of Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif," he said.
