Zlatan Ibrahimovic became the first player to represent seven different clubs in the Champions League when he came on as a 74th-minute substitute for Manchester United in their 1-0 defeat to Basel on Wednesday.

Axar.az informs citing ESPN FC.

It was the 36-year-old's Champions League debut for United after helping them to win the Europa League last season.

The former Sweden international made his Champions League debut for Ajax and has gone on to play for Juventus, Inter Milan, Barcelona, AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain.

Although he has won league titles in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and France he has not won the Champions League.
