Tiktok may be banned in the US

The US House of Representatives has approved a bill to ban TikTok in the states.

Axar.az reports that this was proposed by the speaker of the US House of Representatives, Mike Johnson.

According to the bill, the Chinese company "ByteDance", the owner of TikTok, will be given 9 months to sell the social network. If the company does not comply with the US terms, then Tiktok will be banned from the app stores.

It should be noted that this bill still needs to be supported by the US Senate and then signed by the US President.
