X network activity restored in Brazil

The social network "X" is gradually being restored in the country after being unavailable for more than a month due to the decision of the Supreme Court.

Axar.az informs that "Associated Press (AP)" agency published information about this with reference to the press release of the company.

"X is proud to return to Brazil. Giving tens of millions of Brazilians access to our invaluable platform has been very important during this time. Wherever we work, we will continue to protect freedom of speech within the law," the statement said.

Earlier, on Wednesday night, the judge of the Supreme Court of Brazil, Alessandri di Morais, approved the lifting of restrictions imposed on the work of the social network "X" in the country.

Recall that at the end of August, di Morais decided to suspend the social network in Brazil after Elon Musk refused to appoint a new legal representative of the platform in the country. The decision was later unanimously upheld by a panel of the Federal Supreme Court.
