Armenian residents who voluntarily left Karabakh made a statement to a Russian journalist in the Gorus region of Armenia.

Axar.az reports that they admitted that they did not face any problems or obstacles while leaving Karabakh.

The Armenian authorities and some pro-Armenian circles in the West claimed that the Azerbaijanis were allegedly forcibly evicting them from Karabakh, allegedly carrying out a policy of ethnic cleansing. However, it is clear from the images that all these are just baseless claims and a smear campaign.

In addition, thousands of Karabakh Armenians have crossed the Lachin border crossing point and headed to Armenia.

Let us add that the central government of Azerbaijan has declared that it wants the reintegration of Karabakh Armenians into Azerbaijan and has distributed food and provided medical assistance to the Armenian residents of Karabakh.
