An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.6 struck the Sindirgi district of Balikesir province at 08:21 local time.

Axar.az informs AFAD reported that the number of aftershocks in the area has exceeded 100.

Today at 10:26 local time, a 3.9-magnitude earthquake was recorded in the Sindirgi district of Balikesir.

The information was released by AFAD.

The earthquake occurred at a depth of 11.67 km.

No casualties or damages have been reported.

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4 struck the Sındırgı district of Balıkesir at 14:15 local time.

According to AFAD, the quake occurred at a depth of 10 km.

It should be noted that yesterday’s 6.1-magnitude earthquake in Sinirgi was felt not only in Istanbul but also in Izmir, Manisa, Bursa, Aydin, Mugla, Yalova, Eskisehir, and Ankara. One person died in that incident.
