Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke by phone on Monday with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Axar.az informs according to the Prime Minister's Office, Pashinyan presented to Putin the outcomes of the negotiations held on August 8 this year in the US capital of Washington, D.C., specifically the initialling of the Agreement on Establishing Peace and Inter-State Relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the joint appeal to the OSCE regarding the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group mechanisms, the unblocking of regional connections within the framework of the principles of territorial integrity, sovereignty and jurisdiction of the countries, and based on reciprocity, as well as the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity project.
The Prime Minister expressed confidence that the establishment of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan is opening new opportunities not only for Armenia and Azerbaijan but all countries in the region. The parties agreed to continue active contacts and political dialogue.
