I never thought that I would have to flee my country like a thief in the night.
Axar.az reports that these words were said by the former head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Dmytro Kuleba, who arrived in Krakow from Kiev, in an interview with the Corriere della Sera newspaper.
"Zelensky and his entourage do not want us to travel abroad and express opinions that, in their opinion, may contradict the government line. I do not think that I suffer from persecution mania, but I know for sure that this decree is aimed at preventing me and several other people from traveling abroad," he added.
It should be noted that Kuleba left the country at night due to the Zelensky government's ban on former diplomats from traveling abroad. Thus, Kuleba learned about this decree in time and left the country a few hours before it came into force.
