6.2 magnitude earthquake hits off the Kamchatka coast

An earthquake of magnitude 6.2 was recorded off the coast of Kamchatka.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the regional branch of the Federal Research Center of the Unified Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The tremors were located 210 km from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, at a depth of 14.3 km.

There are no reports of damage or casualties.
