"Benfica" must win the first match of the main stage of the UEFA Champions League against "Qarabag" at home.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the team's head coach, Bruno Laji.

The 49-year-old specialist shared his thoughts after the match of the 5th round of the Portuguese League, in which they drew (1:1) with "Santa Clara":

"We must now regroup and focus all our attention on the next match. We must win at home on Tuesday. I appeal to our fans. Please continue to support us. Be here for the Champions League match. Because we must have a good season in the tournament and start with a victory."

It should be noted that the "Benfica" - "Qarabag" match will start on September 16, at 23:00 Baku time.
