In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the return of former internally displaced persons to the liberated territories within the framework of the Great Return continues. The first migration caravan, which set off for the village of Seyidbayli in the Khojaly region on September 13, has reached its destination.

Axar.az reports that 30 former internally displaced persons, including 9 families, have arrived in the village of Seyidbayli in the Khojaly region at this stage. The migration caravan consists of families temporarily settled in various parts of the republic, mainly in hostels, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.
