The Russians have already begun to prepare for battle, taking into account the cooling of the weather and the worsening conditions.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the press secretary of the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine, Vladislav Voloshin.

He noted that it is not yet known how the changeable weather conditions will affect the tactics of the enemy troops. According to him, the Russians are beginning to regroup their forces and weapons:

"The enemy is deploying the personnel of the assault group to forward positions, which will carry out a new offensive. The largest regrouping is currently underway in the Dnieper and Kherson directions."
