Strong winds will blow in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in most regions, until October 2.
Axar.az reports that the National Hydrometeorological Service has issued a yellow and orange warning in this regard.
It was noted that a northwest wind is blowing in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula in accordance with the yellow warning.
On October 1, the wind is expected to strengthen and reach an orange warning, with speeds ranging from 20.8 to 28.4 m/s.
In Ganja, Dashkesan, Naftalan, and Goranboy, a northwest wind will also blow in accordance with the orange warning; the wind speed will increase to 20.8-28.4 m/s.
In other regions, a northwest wind will blow in accordance with the yellow warning, with a wind speed of 13.9 m/s.
