The Ukrainian capital has come under a "massive attack" by Russia overnight.
Axar.az reports that Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko has said.
A five-storey building was partially destroyed, he said. At least three people had been taken to the hospital.
Ukraine's foreign minister said hundreds of drones and missiles had been used in the latest wave of attacks across the country. "We must maximise the cost of further escalation for Russia," Andrii Sybiha said.
Russia has not commented. On Saturday, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky warned that Russia would not stop with his country, which is why it was testing European air defences with the recent incursions in several countries belonging to the NATO military alliance.
