Parliamentary elections begin in Moldova

Voting in the parliamentary elections in Moldova began at 07:00 local time today.

Axar.az reports that 1,961 polling stations are operating in the country, and 301 for citizens living outside the country.

For the elections to take place, at least one-third of the 3.2 million voters must vote. More than 3,000 observers will observe the elections. Among them are more than 600 international observers, including the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, as well as various international organizations.
