Tehran is ready to consider cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) if it makes a new proposal.
Axar.az reports that this was stated by Ali Larijani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran.
He recalled that after the "snapback" mechanism was activated, Iran considered the Cairo Agreement invalid.
According to Larijani, the IAEA's new cooperation initiative will be evaluated by the Supreme National Security Council.
It should be noted that on September 9, Iran and the IAEA signed an agreement in Egypt to restore suspended cooperation, but later, relations became tense again against the backdrop of the steps taken by Western countries.
