US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Donald Trump's special envoy Steven Witkoff have been working on a peace plan to end the Russia-Ukraine war with both Ukraine and Russia.

Axar.az reports that White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said these words.

According to her, Rubio and Whitkoff have been secretly working on this plan for the past month:

"They have been working with both sides to understand what these countries will agree to to achieve a strong and lasting peace. Negotiations are ongoing, and President Trump supports this plan."

He emphasized that this is a good plan for both Russia and Ukraine.

In addition, the White House press secretary stated that it was incorrect to view the peace settlement agreements in Ukraine as unilateral territorial concessions.
