NATO’s Rutte praises Trump, calls for global support

Everyone should be happy with Donald Trump's presidency.

Axar.az reports that NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said this in an interview with the newspaper El País.

He described the American leader as a "nice person" who "breaks stereotypes" and resolves global conflicts.

"Everything starts with the US president. When Trump picks up the phone to talk to Putin, the situation really changes. That's why I believe we should all be happy with Trump's presidency," Rutte said.

Rutte noted that thanks to the American leader, NATO countries have agreed to increase defense spending to 5% of GDP by 2035.
