Kremlin: Drone strike on CPC was “outrageous incident”

The attack on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) by Ukrainian drones is an “outrageous incident,” as the facility is of international importance, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said at a briefing.

Axar.az informs, citing TASS, “In this case, the attack on the CPC by Ukrainian drones is an outrageous act, because we are talking about a site of international significance with international participation,” Peskov noted.

On 29 November, one of the CPC’s berths near Novorossiysk was struck by unmanned boats. The facility is beyond repair. No personnel were injured, and no oil spilled into the Black Sea.
