Israel is open to a conditional agreement with Syria

Israel is ready to reach an agreement with Syria under certain conditions.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

"We expect the establishment of a demilitarized zone from Damascus to the separation line, including the foothills and summit of Mount Hermon. We are holding these areas to ensure the security of Israeli citizens, and this is our obligation. With good intentions and understanding of these principles, it is possible to reach an agreement with the Syrians, but we will insist on our principles in any case," the Prime Minister emphasized.
