Starlink to boost internet in Armenia’s remote schools

Famous billionaire Elon Musk’s company Starlink, owned by SpaceX, will donate over 100 terminals to improve internet access in schools located in remote areas of Armenia.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Armenia’s Minister of High-Tech Industry, Mkitar Ayrapetyan.

The minister said that the terminals will mainly be directed to schools in remote and hard-to-reach settlements.

He added that this initiative will significantly improve connectivity, promote digital inclusion, and provide thousands of students with access to online education.
