Iranian military warns of enemy plans to destabilize country

The Iranian army has called on the population to remain vigilant and to help prevent enemy plans aimed at fueling instability and unrest in the country.

Axar.az reports, citing Tasnim, that the statement was issued following mass unrest in several Iranian cities on Saturday. The army warned that the “aggressive and malicious US government” is allegedly planning to reassert its dominance over the Iranian people.

“After their failures in the 12-day war that began in June 2025, the US, the criminal Zionist regime (Israel), and terrorist groups have united to undermine security in Iran,” the statement said.

It emphasized that the army is cooperating with other armed forces to monitor hostile activities in the region, protect national interests, strategic infrastructure, and state property, and to firmly counter any such plans.
