Russia develops new missiles, plans tests in Ukraine

Russia has completed the production of experimental samples of new missiles and plans to test them in Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that the monitoring Telegram channel “Eradar” published information about this.

It is reported that the Russians are preparing in particular for the introduction of the new air-based cruise missile X-BD-K. Its carrier will be the strategic bomber Tu-95MS:

“The missile has a flight speed of up to 900 km/h, and the declared flight range is 3000 km. It is considered an analogue of the X-101 missile, but differs in a modified guidance system and flight altitude.

It is also claimed that the hypersonic cruise missile X-99 has been created. Its carrier will be the strategic bomber Tu-160M.

It is noted that the flight speed of the X-99 missile will be up to 6600 km/h, and the flight range will be up to 5500 km.

In addition, it is reported that the Russians plan to use the hypersonic aircraft-based anti-ship missile X-MC against the territory of Ukraine. Its carrier can be almost any strategic bomber.

The declared range of the X-MC missile is 900 km, and its speed is 4,200 km/h. It is emphasized that, in fact, this missile is an analogue of the X-22.

It is noted that the testing of new missiles is due to the shortage of foreign components.
