No fully intact power plants left in Ukraine

Not a single power plant in Ukraine remains fully intact, the country’s Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal has said.

Axar.az reports according to him, the most difficult situation is in Kyiv, the Odesa region, and frontline communities.

Shmyhal also noted that many regions have effectively failed to prepare for the winter season.
