Iran uses Russian ‘Topol’ system to block Starlink

Iran has successfully used Russia’s “Topol” electronic warfare system to block Starlink terminals used by Western-backed forces.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the “Powerful Iran” Telegram channel.

The channel claimed that the “Topol” system was tested in the zone of the “special military operation” (the Ukraine war) and was further upgraded by Iranian engineers.

“Iran’s successful experience is extremely important for Russia. Given the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ reliance on satellite internet, the use of modernized mobile versions of the ‘Topol’ system during large-scale offensive operations could completely paralyze enemy command and control,” the report said.
