EU approves €20 million in peace facility aid for Armenia

The European Union has approved the allocation of 20 million euros in aid to Armenia from the European Peace Facility.

Axar.az reports that the Armenian press published information about this.

According to the information, the decision was made at a meeting of the EU Council.

It should be noted that Armenia is receiving assistance from the European Peace Facility for the second time. The first time it received 10 million euros in 2024.

The funds are intended to strengthen Armenia's armed forces and defense capabilities through the purchase of logistical and medical equipment and necessary technical training.
